About Docuklin

Docuklin is a free set of business document generators—estimates, invoices, contracts, consent forms, and creative templates—built and maintained by one person: me, Hammad Iqbal.

Why I built it

I kept needing profession-specific paperwork (a construction estimate with allowances, a photography contract with usage rights, a cleaning invoice with rooms and frequency) and found either blank PDFs with no guidance, or template mills that hid the clauses behind a signup wall. I wanted fillable tools that run in the browser, show a live preview, export PDF or DOCX, and cite the public sources behind the educational copy—without uploading anyone’s client data.

Who I am

I build and maintain free in-browser tools. I turn published public sources into practical generators and show which sources each page uses. I am not a lawyer, accountant, or licensed professional advisor. This site isn’t a law firm, accounting practice, or licensed advisory service. What I do is turn published, authoritative sources (IRS, SBA, Cornell LII, HUD, CDC overviews, U.S. Copyright Office) into tools that are easy to use, and show exactly which sources each tool uses.

There is no photo here on purpose. Google’s guidance says not to invent headshots or credentials; I’d rather leave the image out than fake one.

How the tools are made

Every tool lists how totals are calculated (when applicable) and its sources at the bottom of the page. Sources are official pages (IRS, SBA, Cornell LII Wex/CFR, HUD, CDC, Copyright Office, FTC) that I have checked. Each page shows the date I last reviewed it against those sources. Full details: Methodology.

What this site doesn’t do

How the site is funded

The site is free. Google Analytics is configured for aggregate traffic. Google AdSense may be enabled later (currently off unless the publisher flag is set). There are no affiliate links today.

Other free tool sites I maintain

Same maintainer, different niches—listed here only, not in every footer:
