Service description
We provide free, client-side document generators (estimates, invoices, contracts, forms, and creative templates) plus supporting guides. Tools run in your browser; optional drafts may be stored in localStorage on your device. We may change, add, or remove tools and content at any time without notice.
No legal, tax, or professional advice
Contract, NDA, vendor, consent, rental, and similar content is general information and editable sample language only. It is not legal, tax, medical, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Do not treat any generated document as attorney-reviewed or guaranteed to be enforceable.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating every exported document before you use it; complying with applicable laws, licenses, and industry rules; obtaining required signatures, disclosures, and insurance; and deciding whether counsel should review a draft. Examples and defaults on this site are illustrative only.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business document drafting. You must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape in a way that degrades availability, upload malware, or use the tools to create fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents. We may block access that threatens site stability or other users.
Intellectual property
Site branding, original guides, and software are owned by Docuklin or its licensors. You retain rights in the content you enter into generators. You may export and use documents you create for your own business, subject to these terms and any third-party rights in your inputs.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all generators are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that exports are error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific transaction.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docuklin and its maintainer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or exported files—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently $0 for the free tools) or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies page describe analytics cookies and how form data is handled (client-side processing; no server-side storage of your document text). Review those pages for consent and retention details.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
